Job Description:

About the Role:

The Processing Master Mentor role at the Hanover location is responsible to develop and conduct trainings for Oven Operators and Mixers. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Conducts training for Oven Operators and Mixers to achieve a standard knowledge and set of skills across 4 crews.
• Identifies gaps in performance and conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training.
• Responsible to create playbooks following the guidelines set by the Standard Work Team (SWT)
• Identify set of skills needed on employees who could be developed as backup Oven Operators and Mixers.
• Responsible to perform training validations for Oven Operators and Mixers.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role, 40 hours a week with rotating shift based on business needs. $25.24/hr shift.

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
