- Have completed an equivalent of the Bible and Ministry Internship or neared the completion of a college degree in a ministry or ministry-adjacent field
- Have personal integrity in all areas of life
- Demonstrate giftedness for their area of ministry interest
- Demonstrate readiness for serving in a professional environment
- Have a willingness to champion Third City’s vision, mission, and core values as expressed in our staff handbook
