- Manage tasks and help with improved coordination between internal sales/account management teams and our Client Business Units (CBU's).
- Work jointly with the primary point of person(s) and Solution Architect(s) to ensure completion and attainment of all outstanding items for the CBU and the KAM organization.
- Manage and maintain opportunities in CRM and ensure CRM hygiene.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or related field
- 3 years of experience in IT sales operations and coordination role
- Strong communication and sales operation skills
- Experience in communicating with enterprise customers
- Knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Enterprise client experience

Skills Required

- Three years of experience in IT sales operations and coordination
- Strong communication and sales operations skills
