What you be doing?
- Lead Procurement Strategy & Compliance: Define, implement, and enforce procurement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with SOX compliance and client standards.
- Risk & Contract Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks, oversee RFP/RFQ processes, and negotiate supplier agreements in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor Procurement and Strategic Sourcing teams, ensuring effective work allocation, performance optimization, and training.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with internal departments and executive leadership to provide regular reporting on procurement activities, risks, and savings.
- Process Optimization & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement by introducing industry best practices, standardizing procurement processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business/Finance or related field.
- 10+ years in Purchasing and/or Procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related function, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Information Technology procurement.
- CPM or other certifications in Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management.
Base Salary Range $181,240 - $259160
