Role Overview: 

The Business Process Analyst II coordinates corporate strategy initiatives and activities across analysis, planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This role supports corporate strategy development, business process analysis, corporate performance monitoring, and executive reporting. The analyst conducts research and benchmarking, evaluates organizational and strategic alignment, documents current-state processes, helps design future-state processes, and supports the automation of cadence reporting. The position requires sound judgment, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex assignments with creativity and initiative. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and proposal of HAEA corporate strategy, client support strategy, and business expansion plans. 

  • Conduct market and industry research, benchmarking, environmental analysis, internal competency assessments, and relevant case studies. 

  • Assess organizational structures and strategic alignment, identify improvement opportunities, and support recommendations for future-state organizational design. 

  • Analyze and document current-state business processes, identify gaps and improvement areas, and help design and implement future-state processes. 

  • Monitor corporate and IT performance metrics, identify areas requiring further analysis, and recommend opportunities for improvement. 

  • Support the development and maintenance of corporate KPI structures, governance mechanisms, periodic KPI reports, status reports, and automated cadence reporting. 

  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, corporate events, and organizational communications. 

  • Provide analytical and project support to the CEO and executive leadership on assigned initiatives and ad hoc requests. 

  • Build productive internal and external working relationships, exercise judgment within established procedures, and escalate matters outside the position scope as needed. 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategy, finance, economics, business analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, business process analysis, corporate planning, performance management, or a related field. 

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, research, benchmarking, and business process assessments. 

  • Ability to analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes and support process implementation. 

  • Experience monitoring business or IT metrics and preparing KPI, management, or status reports. 

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. 

  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to organize a clear storyline and communicate effectively with management. 

  • Self-starter with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of varied assignments. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting corporate strategy, executive planning, or organizational design initiatives within an IT or technology-enabled environment. 

  • Experience automating recurring cadence, KPI, performance, or executive reports. 

  • Experience coordinating executive meetings, corporate events, or enterprise communications. 

  • Technical, business analysis, process improvement, and/or project management certification. 

Salary range: $83,940 - $120,032
