Position Summary

The Transformation Manager will lead the deployment of new ways of working across the U.S. supply chain organization, ensuring the successful adoption of operational and digital transformation initiatives across warehouses, logistics, and transportation.

This role is responsible for bridging local execution with global logistics strategy, driving standardization, system adoption, and continuous improvement aligned with Grupo Bimbo and Business Technology guidelines.

The Transformation Manager will also contribute to global logistics initiatives by consolidating information, supporting global reporting, and enabling process alignment across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation & Change Management (U.S. Operations)

  • Lead the implementation of new supply chain processes, systems, and ways of working across U.S. operations.
  • Drive adoption of approved digital tools and technologies in alignment with Business Technology.
  • Ensure effective change management, including communication, training, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and proactively address gaps in execution.

Process Standardization & Optimization

  • Align local logistics, warehouse, and transportation processes to global standards.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
  • Partner with operations teams to redesign workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, systems, and governance frameworks.

Systems & Digital Enablement

  • Act as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Business Technology, and Operations.
  • Support implementation and optimization of systems related to logistics, transportation, and warehouse management.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Oversee development of digital solutions, including dashboards and automations.

Global Logistics Support

  • Consolidate and analyze regional data to support global logistics reporting.
  • Provide visibility into U.S. performance and key initiatives to global stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency in processes and metrics.
  • Support deployment of global transformation initiatives across other regions when required.

Team Leadership

  • Prioritize and oversee the execution of digital dashboards and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between operational needs and digital deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • +5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transformation roles
  • Oracle Cloud with different modules would be preferred (OTM, ERP, WMS, SCP)
  • PMO certification or formal training on projects management
  • Experience leading process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in global or multi-regional environments preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid understanding of logistics operations (warehouse, transportation, distribution)
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with digital tools, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and automation initiatives
  • Strong project management and execution discipline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual English & Spanish is required
