As solution architect, candidate is expected to

• Provide IT solutions for business requirements
  
• Lead the solution for Non Functional Requirements around integration, performance, security, etc.
  
• Follow best practices for architecture, design and governance.
  
• Technical design documentation and participate in discussions with architecture team.
  
• Work with senior architects and Engineering for Solution implementation.
  
• Contribute towards Application Modernization Roadmap
  
• Involvement in Technology POCs and Innovations.
  
• Provide technical design and support product implementation teams.
  
• Research and follow up on technical issues related to architecture design, inform, communicate and train associates
  

Technical Requirements

• 10-12 years’ experience in Software design and development involving BFSI domain
  
• Strong experience in architecting Java and Web applications in a large product development organization.
  
• Experience in Java, RESTful Web Services, Spring framework, Micro services, API design and security
  
• Experience with Databases like Oracle/DB2/Mongo DB. Must be comfortable working independently.
  
• Experience in designing highly scalable enterprise application using distributed multi-tier architecture, Kubernetes and cloud technologies (GCP).
  
• Experience in designing containerized modules using Dockers and Kubernetes
  
• Strong experience in designing RESTFul APIs and API data models
  
• Excellent understanding of Relational Database and NoSQL concepts.
  
• Knowledge of Source control systems and Java Development & Deployment tools like Ant, Maven and Sonar.
  
• Experience with Operating Systems like UNIX/Linux/AIX/Windows.
  
• Ability to analyze and articulate capacity requirements and provide recommendations.
  
• Excellent logical analysis, creative problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
  
• Keen interest in keeping abreast of latest developments in Information Technology.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
