We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant / Associate Manager to lead client-facing strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact recommendations. This role will drive workstreams from analysis through to executive-ready recommendations, lead stakeholder workshops, and mentor junior consultants. The position offers the chance to shape transformation programs and influence commercial and operational decisions for clients.
Responsibilities- Lead project workstreams from initial analysis through synthesis and delivery of strategic recommendations.
- Manage and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on problem-solving and deliverable quality.
- Develop executive-level presentations that clearly communicate insights, options, and recommended actions.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions to align on priorities and next steps.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and potential commercial initiatives through structured analysis.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking to ensure milestones are met.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to validate assumptions and implement solutions.
- 5+ years of Strategy, Management Consulting, or Transformation experience.
- Proven experience in team or workstream leadership and mentoring junior staff.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including leading client-facing meetings and workshops.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills for quantitative analysis and modeling.
- Ability to operate independently in complex environments and drive outcomes with limited oversight.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
