We are seeking a senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support client-facing consulting engagements by combining structured problem-solving, business analysis, and strong communication skills. The role is focused on driving clarity from complex business challenges, developing actionable recommendations, and delivering client-ready presentations that influence decision-making. This is an opportunity to work directly with clients on strategic initiatives and transformation programs, translating analysis into clear insights and commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities- Conduct structured business and market analysis to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Translate analysis and data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients
- Build client-ready presentations and compelling storylines using advanced PowerPoint skills
- Support and participate in client meetings and workshops to present findings and facilitate discussions
- Work independently on defined project workstreams, managing priorities and deliverables
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate assumptions and refine recommendations
- Identify potential business and commercial opportunities and help shape next steps
- Prepare quantitative analyses and financial summaries using advanced Excel skills
- Senior-level consultant with client-facing consulting, strategy, or business analysis experience
- 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Business Analysis, or similar roles
- Demonstrated strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to build and present client-ready materials
- Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities to communicate recommendations clearly
- Advanced English proficiency for client interaction and documentation
