The Anaplan Solution Architect will lead architecture and modeling activities for a complex, large-scale Workforce Planning environment. This role focuses on assessing an existing sophisticated Anaplan implementation, driving targeted performance and design improvements, and ensuring the platform effectively supports the organization’s annual workforce planning cycle. The position requires deep hands-on Anaplan expertise and the ability to translate workforce planning requirements into scalable, maintainable model architecture.
Responsibilities- Assess the existing Anaplan model architecture and quickly identify design, performance, and usability issues.
- Design and recommend targeted optimizations and selective redesigns to improve model performance and scalability.
- Implement hands-on changes and enhancements within the current Anaplan solution without full rebuilds.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align Anaplan architecture with workforce planning requirements.
- Define and prioritize practical improvements to prepare for the next annual planning cycle.
- Develop and document architecture recommendations, performance tuning approaches, and enhancement plans.
- Support integration and data management considerations within the Anaplan environment.
- Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices for Anaplan modeling and performance optimization.
- 7+ years of enterprise planning, performance management, or solution architecture experience.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Anaplan modeling and architecture.
- Proven experience architecting, assessing, and optimizing complex, large-scale Anaplan model environments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify model design and performance issues and implement targeted improvements within existing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Anaplan data management, integrations, performance optimization, and enhancement planning.
- Ability to rapidly understand complex implementations and provide pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Strong experience with Workforce Planning solutions and translating business requirements into scalable Anaplan architecture.
