We need an English-fluent Executive Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients professionally across channels (iMessage, email, Telegram, etc.)
- Coordinate deliverables between CEO, creative team, and clients
- Assist with project/task tracking and follow-ups
- Schedule and organize content production timelines
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (documents, file sharing, Google Drive organization)
- Support onboarding and coordination of internal team members
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in communications and documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ Experience with administrative coordination or executive support roles.
- Experience in an agency, marketing, or creative/media environment is preferred.
- Strong competency in calendar protection, deal-flow coordination, and professional, high-level communication.
- Familiarity with tools such as: Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox / WeTransfer, Messaging platforms (including Apple ecosystem / Apple ID required)
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required to communicate confidently with U.S. clients.
- Strong organization and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.,
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
