ALTEN Mexico is hiring a Performance Feature Specialist/Designer JR
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement performance features in software applications or systems
- Participate in the analysis and evaluation of performance requirements and specifications
- Create and execute performance test plans and strategies
- Conduct performance testing and evaluate results to identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues
- Optimize performance features to improve efficiency and responsiveness
- Work with software engineers and designers to implement performance enhancements
- Document performance testing processes and results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in performance engineering or related role
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in performance testing and monitoring tools
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for performance improvement and software quality
