General Description:

The Senior Manager, Treasury Technology Solutions is responsible for the support, sustainment, integration, and continuous improvement of Kyriba and the broader treasury technology ecosystem. This role serves as the primary technology partner to Global Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant treasury solutions that support BeOne's global growth.

This highly collaborative position will lead treasury technology strategy, operational support, solution delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives across cash management, bank connectivity, payments, liquidity forecasting, treasury accounting, intercompany funding, foreign exchange, and financial risk management processes.

The position additionally focuses on how Kyriba integrates with SAP S/4HANA, banking networks, payment platforms, master data solutions, and enterprise reporting capabilities, ensuring stable operations, strong controls, regulatory compliance, and exceptional user experience.

The role will work closely with treasury business stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and modern integration technologies to enable more efficient and data-driven treasury operations.

Essential Functions of the Job:

As a Technology Solution Owner, you will work hands-on across operational support, enhancement delivery, strategic initiatives, and platform governance while collaborating closely with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams. You will:

  • Serve as the primary technology owner for Kyriba and related treasury applications.
  • Support application managed services (AMS) teams and continuous improvement activities for Kyriba cash management, payments, bank connectivity, liquidity planning, risk management, and treasury accounting capabilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Kyriba integrations with SAP S/4HANA, banking partners, payment platforms, and enterprise data solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design activities for treasury transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Global Treasury leadership to establish technology roadmaps, prioritization, and strategic investment planning.
  • Drive delivery across the full SDLC including requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing support.
  • Manage banking integration initiatives, including SWIFT, host-to-host, payment connectivity, bank statement processing, and treasury master data synchronization.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, and release management activities including test planning, defect remediation, validation documentation, and production readiness reviews.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, business process documentation, training materials, and operational support procedures.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, audit, and risk teams to ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, privacy standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor platform performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement and standardization.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes while ensuring root cause analysis and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Partner with vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers to support stable and scalable treasury operations.
  • Support cash visibility, liquidity forecasting, payment optimization, bank rationalization, and treasury reporting initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities leveraging AI, analytics, and automation across treasury processes and the broader finance technology landscape.
  • Support global treasury transformation programs, acquisitions, divestitures, and geographic expansion initiatives as needed.

  Qualifications:

  •  7+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or enhancing Treasury Management Systems, with significant experience supporting Kyriba.
  •  Strong understanding of treasury business processes including cash management, liquidity planning, payments, bank connectivity, intercompany funding, and treasury accounting.
  • Kyriba implementation or administration experience
  •  Experience supporting global banking integrations and payment ecosystems.
  •  Demonstrated experience leading enterprise application delivery and operational support activities.
  •  Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and production support.
  •  Experience managing vendors and consulting partners.
  •  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  •  Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating Kyriba with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience supporting SWIFT, host-to-host, API-based banking connectivity, and payment processing solutions.
  • Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience highly preferred.
  • Experience operating in SOX-regulated and compliance-driven environments.
  • Treasury, finance, or technology certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting global treasury organizations and multinational banking structures.
  • Knowledge of treasury reporting, liquidity analytics, forecasting, and financial risk management processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and enterprise data architectures.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation solutions within finance and treasury functions.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
