As a Vice President in Corporate Third Party Oversight, Global Supplier Services – EMEA Governance, you will support the ongoing enhancement of regional governance processes and frameworks in response to evolving regulatory requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across risk, compliance, legal, audit, and business functions to support examinations, strategic initiatives, and regulatory engagement activities. You will play a key role in helping ensure the effective oversight of third-party relationships across the region.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess regulatory changes across the EMEA region against existing policies, standards, processes, and tools to identify potential gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement and transformation projects in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external examinations, including regulatory, audit, and compliance reviews.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders regarding the third-party oversight framework.
  • Support the implementation of strategic tools and ensure regional requirements are appropriately accommodated.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in outsourcing and third-party risk management.
  • Understanding of the outsourcing regulatory landscape in the EMEA region, including relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of risk management and control principles.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Strong analytical, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across risk, legal, compliance, sourcing, and audit functions.

Global Supplier Services (GSS) manages the source-to-pay cycle, engaging with suppliers, negotiating contracts, conducting risk assessments and evaluating the customer experience. Global teams support sourcing, third party oversight, procurement and payment operations, supplier relationship management and customer experience.
