Job Title : School Nurse 1:1 LPN or RN
Schedule : Monday - Friday : School Hours
(with potential for bus rides or after school needs )
Pay : LPN - $38 / hour
RN - $48/ hour
Position Overview :
We are currently seeking compassionate LPNs to provide 1:1 nursing care for a student in a school setting. In this role, you will monitor health conditions, administer medications, and ensure your student's safety throughout the school day.
Responsibilities may include G-tube and feeding tube care, tracheostomy and ventilator management, diabetes care, seizure monitoring, and other specialized nursing needs.

Qualifications :
- LPN /RNLicense issued by NYS - Must have 6 months bedside nursing experience
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to work independently in a school setting
- Communicate with families , school staff , and healthcare providers
Compensation :
- LPN : $38/hour
- Weekly pay - direct deposit
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
- Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
- Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
- Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
- Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required.
