What We Do
Matters Graph is a buy-side-focused commercial due diligence and value-creation firm based in Washington, D.C. It serves private equity investors, private credit lenders, and corporate acquirers. Its work rests on primary customer research, giving evidence-based insight before an investment decision and guiding value creation afterward. Formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA, the firm has completed many hundreds of engagements since it was founded.
