The production manufacturing associate is responsible for:

• Completing assigned manufacturing activities in our plastics production area safely, meeting our quality standards.
• Demonstrating ability to work independently.

This position reports to the supervisor and is part of the Plastics department located in Indianapolis and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Completing assigned manufacturing activities in our plastics production area safely, meeting our quality standards.
• Demonstrating ability to work independently.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school degree (or equivalent degree) with minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Possess a sense of urgency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use a computer to complete work.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in continuous improvement with participation on a kaizen project team is desirable. 
• Demonstrated success carrying out leading day-to-day activities and organizational agility.
