We are currently seeking a Product Error Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting tests on automotive lighting systems to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate an agenda for the participation of the areas involved in the failure meeting.
2. Generate minutes of the topics discussed in the failure meetings.
3. Follow-up of failures through meetings by architecture/platform.
4. Top bug tracking.
5. Follow-up of bugs through mailings to ensure bug resolution.
6. Monthly plausibility check and adjustment of bug report and cluster basis per system in TicketWizard.
7. Plausibility check and adjustment of the function list.
8. Anomaly search (e.g. part number does not match vehicle project)
9. Comparison with project-relevant information (part numbers, te.VBV)
10. Documentation of project-related processes - ticket management (Wiki/ OnePager/standards, etc.)

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of lighting systems and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools and software used for testing and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
