What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily quarry operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets
- Supervise and support equipment operators and plant personnel to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor site conditions and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Schedule and prioritize work activities to optimize equipment utilization and productivity
- Train, coach, and guide team members while promoting continuous improvement and teamwork

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
