ALTEN is looking for launch engineers to support launch phase for OEM motor's manufacturing plant in Saltillo.

You will have to perform the following activities:

• Project management
• Master plan and Timing plan preparation and follow up
• Lay Out validation
• Process and Manufacturing engineering process development support
• Leading teams and share problem solving solutions
• Engineering Change Request Management (Impacts analysys during ECR)
• Equipment and Tools technical information management
• Follow up for Launch Projects

The job might be for you if you have the following skills:

• Industrial Engineering diploma or similar
• 1 to 3 years experience
• Core Tool management
• S&R and Traceability knowledge
• Equipment and Tools technical information management
• Financials analysis
• Leadership habilities
• Quick and effective communication habilities
• Production and Logistic basic knowledge
• Launch project management
• Collaborate with others and build effective teams
• MS Project knowledge
