主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)
1. 负责电子银行系统（主要针对企业网银、企业微信和手机银行）的日常开发和运维工作，根据需求开发新功能以及日常系统问题修复，确保系统运行稳定，支持业务发展；
2. 遵循银行的变更管理流程，负责系统的问题处理和技术升级等相关工作；
3. 支持项目和系统变更建设，包括用户需求分析，提高技术咨询、技术方案和测试工作，并负责上线事宜；
4. 支持母行的团队和国内其它相关部门的工作，符合预算、成本、合同、外包、审计、考核、培训、风险、灾备和信息安全等日常工作要求；
5. 遵循银行及监管的管理和流程要求，执行风险防范措施，实施关键风险点控制；
6. 管理和协调供应商，提高代码开发质量以及版本控制，满足工作安排和进度要求，并遵循银行安全及风险控制要求；
任职资格 (Incumbent’s Requirements)
学历及专业资格要求:
- 大学本科及以上学历，信息科技相关专业；
- 获得PMP或ITIL证书者优先考虑；
知识与技能要求:
- 熟悉电子银行某一或全部的应用系统；
- 熟悉Docker、Kubernetes，Open Shift技术架构及实现原理,熟悉Spring Cloud、Dubbo、Istio等微服务框架，熟悉Redis ,Kafka 等常见中间件。或精通前端技术如：React、Vue全家桶、NodeJs等相关技术；
- 熟悉JAVA，Python等开发语言；熟悉PG,Oracle,Mysql等主流数据库技术；
- 善于利用AI辅助设计，开发，以及代码质量把控；
- 良好的英文沟通能力；
相关工作经验要求:
- 3年以上相关系统开发经验；
- 具备外资银行工作经验者优先考虑；
- 具备相关系统开发经验或系统测试者优先考虑；
- 具有AI或者微服务经验者优先考虑；
职位所需的特殊要求:
- 熟悉银行产品特点和营运操作流程；
- 熟悉软件开发生命周期（SDLC）模型；
- 了解并遵循银行规定的信息安全标准和方针，及监管电子银行安全要求；
- 有较强责任心和进取心，较强的学习能力、分析判断能力和沟通能力，端正的工作态度；

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years of relevant systems development experience
- Familiarity with e-banking application systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Experience with microservices frameworks (Spring Cloud, Dubbo, Istio)
- Experience with middleware: Redis, Kafka
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python development
- Familiarity with databases: PostgreSQL (PG), Oracle, MySQL
- Front-end skills (React, Vue, NodeJs) as an alternative specialization
- Good English communication skills
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of banking product features, operations and e-banking security/regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage vendors, version control and code quality
- PMP or ITIL certification
- Work experience at a foreign/ international bank
- Prior system development or system testing experience
- Experience with AI-assisted design and development
- Strong responsibility, learning ability, analysis, judgment and communication skills
