このポジションについて
ゲームタイトルに関するロイヤリティおよびパートナー取引について、契約内容に基づいた正確な会計・税務処理を行い、決算および支払スケジュールに沿って業務を遂行いただくポジションです。
国内外の関係者と連携しながら、ロイヤリティ関連業務、会計・税務対応、監査対応など幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。
主な業務内容
- 印税計算・支払およびロイヤリティステートメントの発行
- 共同マーケティングや海外ゲームクリエイター支援に関する会計・税務処理
- 伝票、契約書、税務関連書類の作成
- 監査対応および税務調査対応
- 欧米拠点、ビジネスチーム、システムチーム、会計税務チームとの定期的な連携
- 日常業務における継続的な改善提案および実行

- 事業会社または監査法人等における会計・経理業務の実務経験（3年以上）
- 英語を用いた実務経験
- ERPを用いた経理業務の実務経験
- Excelを用いた業務遂行スキル
- SAP（S/4HANAを含む）の使用経験
- 税務に関する知見または実務経験（源泉所得税、租税条約の確認、税務調査対応など）
- ロイヤリティ（印税・ライセンス料）計算、またはレベニューシェアに関する会計実務経験
- 業務プロセスの改善・自動化の推進経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
