About the Role
该岗位通过制定与规划客户管理部战略，统筹协调客户经营策略及执行管理，同时牵头跨部门跨团队创新项目协同，并负责部门治理管控体系建设与维护，以实现高质高效、创新、合规的客户管理，支撑公司整体目标与战略。岗位职责：- 根据公司战略方向，制定规划客户管理部战略目标及实施路径等，并协同各相关方管理与推动关键客户战略举措的落地
- 结合公司业务模式升级迭代，设计客户管理体系，包含指标体系、业务模式、流程制度等，并进行追踪、评估、管理及迭代
- 定期追踪客户管理部战略执行进度，聚焦关键绩效指标的达成情况，及时发现目标与实际结果之间的偏差，并推动改进措施的有效实施
- 牵头公司客户委员会各项工作，统筹推进公司级客户管理相关事项的规划、实施、追踪与汇报
- 带领团队探索行业客户经营创新模式及客户管理创新举措
- 统筹管理客户部创新项目的规划与实施，负责项目全周期管控，包括进度追踪与汇报、项目成果评估与分析、报告撰写与提交等
- 统筹管理客户管理部治理管控相关工作，包括消保、合规、数据治理、人力、预算等，并追踪评估各部门/团队执行效果；攥写客户管理部各类汇报材料；对接部门同业交流等工作
- 统筹各类客户管理和监管相关报告的编制与审核，确保准确性和时效性
- 负责集团与投资者关系管理相关工作的对接，包括日常沟通对接、数据支持、材料准备、汇报沟通等
- 统筹管理团队，建设积极向上的团队文化，提高团队成员的工作效率
- 大学本科学历或以上
- 10年以上客户战略规划或相关工作经验，须具备咨询公司背景，有寿险行业经验者优先
- 具备较强的项目管理统筹能力，有复杂项目管理经验者优先
- 优秀的中、英文沟通能力
- 具有敏锐的业务洞察能力、快速的学习能力、较强的逻辑和结构化思维能力、以及较强的讲故事能力
- 善于统筹协调、引领团队，有一定的抗压能力

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 10+ years in customer strategy or related roles
- Background in consulting (must have)
- Life insurance industry experience
- Strong project management and program coordination skills
- Experience managing complex projects
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills
- Business insight, fast learning, strong logical and structured thinking
- Strong storytelling/presentation skills
- Team leadership, coordination ability and resilience under pressure
