职位职责:
- 根据业务节奏制定年度、季度、月度及专项内、外部培训计划并组织实施;
- 满足外部合作渠道培训需求,开发高端课程,并实施执行;
- 组织公司内部各层级销售人员培训,提升人员能力;
- 协助配合总部进行课程体系建设及推广,须进行兼职讲师队伍的培养、建设与管理;
- 推动新产品上线,并负责产品日常培训与包装 ;
- 按照监管及公司内部管理要求,进行培训合规管理;
- 完成总部银保及分公司渠道负责人对培训能力及工作要求; 完成领导交办的其他工作。
职位要求:
- 学历:全日制本科以上学历,5年以上保险及培训工作经验;
- 有外资银行培训或大客户销售培训经验尤佳
- 电脑OFFICE操作熟练,能熟练操作Excel和制作投影片;
- 较强的授课及课程教案编写开发能力
- 具备良好的组织能力,良好的沟通协调能力。
- 工作认真负责,细心高效,心态好,善于学习,沟通与表达能力强、投入度高;
- 具备一定的英语读写能力
