About the Role

1。 策略规划：

• 协助机构负责人分解和落实业务发展战略和规划, 达成各项关键考核指标。

2. 业绩推动：

• 指导各类营销员活动，如创业说明会、客户答谢会、产品大讲堂等，推动业务发展；
• 协助家族主管会的举办，给予业务主管建议和意见，协助其提升管理能力；
• 指导主管商业计划的制定并提出改善方案；
• 通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，协助其提升产能；
• 督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动，如业务竞赛、业务加油站、增员项目等，确保其有效实施。

3. 日常工作：

• 营管处晨会的经营与管理；
• 公司信息的传达与宣导；
• 协调所负责区域和公司相关部门的关系，处理日常行政事务；
• 指导下属员工处理营销员的意见、建议和投诉；
• 辅导下属员工提升个人业务能力。

4. 营销员业务品质和销售行为管理

• 在业务会议中推广业务品质和合规经营理念；
• 协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规和纪律管理；
• 及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在业务品质风险和异常业务行为。

5. 为了满足业务需求，完成其他主管分配的临时性任务。
