主要工作内容：

1. 负责抖音直播间日常带货，独立完成直播讲解、产品展示、互动引导。

2. 熟悉产品卖点、成分、使用场景、价格优势，输出专业且有吸引力的讲解。

3. 主动与观众互动，回答疑问、营造氛围，提高停留、互动率与下单转化。

4. 配合场控完成活动节奏、福利发放、逼单话术，达成GMV与转化目标。

5. 参与直播脚本打磨、选品沟通、素材拍摄，持续优化直播内容。

任职资格

1. 1年以上抖音带货主播经验，有服饰/美妆/食品/家居类经验优先。

2. 镜头感好，表达清晰流畅，感染力强，性格外向开朗。

3. 具备优秀的销售意识、逼单能力、节奏把控能力。

4. 抗压能力强，能接受晚班、高强度直播，体力充沛。

5. 熟悉抖音直播规则，无违规历史，形象正面大方。

6. 有责任心、执行力强，愿意配合团队共同成长。
