職務詳細：

• DBMバックオフィス業務の可視化・業務改善・自動化の推進

• 募集人や営業社員の事務負荷軽減のための各種課題解決の推進

• プロジェクトの計画・実行支援・関係部署との調整

スキルと経験：

（必須）以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方

• 業務改善（BPR、業務分析、自動化等）の実務経験（生保が望ましいが、他業種でも可）

• 部門間調整や交渉を伴う企画業務の経験

• プロジェクト推進、システム企画・要件定義の経験

• ITリテラシー（Excel、データ分析）

（あれば尚可）以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方

• RPA・Access/VBA・Power Automate 等の活用経験

• バックオフィス業務の企画経験（業種問わず）

• 「生保業界経験」

• 「プロジェクトマネジメント資格（PMPなど）」

言語：

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（日本語で各種コミュニケーションが取れるレベル）

• 英語　:　ビジネスレベルのReading & Writing （口頭でのコミュニケーションもビジネスレベルの方は大歓迎）

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン：

原則9:00～17:00（実働7時間。フレックス制度あり）
