体验到从产品概念，到细节设计，再到工艺开发的全过程，学习如何通过硬件设计来保证产品测试的有效性，从而为患者提供有效的诊断。

您的职责是

•  在新产品导入和生产转移项目中负责测试方案硬件的开发和升级。

•  和软件工程师一起，负责整体测试方案的验证和确认。

•  起草并发布测试操作文件，对操作员提供相应的培训和指导。

•  协助解决新产品导入及生产转移项目中发生的问题。

您隶属部门的架构和文化

作为产品工业化工程师，你会向产品工业化工程部经理汇报工作。部门成员都具备丰富的能力和经验，大家彼此学习、协作，共同为实现团队目标而努力。

• 要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验

• 研究生及以上学历，电子工程/机电一体化/测控／通信工程／自动化设备开发等相关专业优先

• 较强的电路设计能力和测量测试设备的操作能力

• 具备一定的固件开发能力和数理统计基础

• 较强的中、英文书面写作和口语交流能力；能快速阅读中、英文文献和技术资料

• 性格积极外向，善于沟通合作

• 工作积极主动，自我驱动、独立工作能力强

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
