Job Summary

Supports the sales organization across in the professional lighting segment (Trade, Project or System Integrators, etc.)
The role focuses on customer engagement, opportunity identification, and proposal support, helping drive profitable growth under the guidance of the Sales Manager or Commercial Channel Leader.

我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的专业照明销售专家,负责陕西,青海,宁夏,甘肃,新疆5省区域的市场开拓与销售工作。您将专注于工程照明领域,通过开发系统集成商、维护经销商以及影响照明设计顾问,推动公司专业照明产品在建筑泛光、室内及工业等细分市场的应用,确保销售目标的达成。

【工作职责】

市场开拓与销售: 负责陕西,青海,宁夏,甘肃,新疆5省地区专业照明领域(包括行业工程、建筑工程项目、系统集成商等)的销售工作,深入挖掘客户需求,提供专业的照明解决方案。

业绩指标达成: 对区域内的年度/季度销售指标(AOP)负责,制定个人销售计划,确保销售任务的超额完成。

渠道开发与维护: 独立开发区域市场内的优质经销商,建立并维护长期稳定的合作伙伴关系,提升渠道覆盖率及产出。

顾问单位管理(SPEC IN): 主动开发并维护区域内的照明设计公司及顾问公司,通过技术引导影响设计选型,推动公司产品在项目初期的植入(SPEC IN)。

技术支持与方案汇报: 具备基础技术能力,配合设计院或客户完成灯具选型、照度计算等基础服务;能够独立面向业主、顾问公司进行专业的方案汇报及公司案例展示。

项目全流程管理: 跟进建筑泛光照明、室内照明、工业照明、体育照明等工程项目,把控销售节奏,协调内外部资源确保项目落地。

【任职要求】

工作经验: 5年以上室内外照明产品(工程类)销售工作经验,具备成熟的区域客户关系网及项目资源者优先。

销售能力: 过往具备明确的销售指标扛压经验,精通商务谈判与项目运作,具备极强的抗压能力和目标感。

项目经验: 有独立跟进并落地建筑泛光照明、室内照明、工业照明或体育照明等大中型工程项目的成功案例。

SPEC IN能力: 熟悉设计院及照明顾问公司的运作模式,具备优秀的“SPEC IN”能力,能通过技术交流影响设计决策。

技术素养: 具备一定的照明技术基础,包括但不限于灯具选型、照度计算、方案制作及技术汇报能力。

综合素质: 具备优秀的沟通协调能力,吃苦耐劳,能够接受加班及适应频繁前往施工现场的工作环境;具备良好的团队协作精神。

教育背景: 本科及以上学历,电气、光源、建筑等相关专业优先;英语四级及以上,具备基本的英文读写能力。

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of sales experience in indoor and outdoor lighting products
  • Established regional customer relationships and project resources
  • Experience managing business negotiations and achieving sales targets
  • Track record of successfully following through on large-scale engineering projects
  • Familiarity with design institutes and lighting consultants
  • Basic technical knowledge of lighting solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or above in related fields
  • English proficiency (CET-4 or above)
