主要职责：

规范诊疗 

•基于公司疾病领域相关策略，传递相应疾病领域相关科学信息，促进医生制定规范治疗方案。

•基于公司相关产品策略，介绍罗氏产品的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识。

•运用专业知识，向病理科医生传递诊断相关信息，助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升。

学科建设  

•拜访临床及病理医生，维护客户关系，按时按质的完成相关客户洞见，尤其重点专家对于疾病领域洞见的收集并进行总结/分析/反馈。

•组织/协调/整合各类疾病领域学术会议，推动建立疾病领域治疗规范。

•与PI和Sub-PI合作，使符合入组标准的患者及时入组。 

团队协作 

•主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合资源，提升团队能力。

胜任力/经验与学历要求：

能力与经验

• 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识

• 良好学习能力

• 业务敏锐度

• 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

• 多产品资源整合能力

• 正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)
 

工作年限 

•2年以上医药行业工作经验

•有风湿科、肾内科、移植科推广和开发经验优先

•跨职能工作经验为佳

学历与教育

医药相关专业本科优先
