職務の主な目的(Primary Function)

Enterprise Program Coordinator(EPC)は、アジレントのエンタープライズソリューションをお客様へ提供するうえで重要な役割を担うポジションです。

EPCは、お客様のあらゆるプログラムのニーズに対して、日々の主要な窓口として対応します。

EPCの目的は、一貫して差別化された顧客体験を提供し、担当するプログラム/プロジェクトにおけるオペレーションの卓越性を確保することです。

主な職務内容

EPCは、計画されたサービスおよび計画外/突発的なサービスを含む、すべてのサービス対応をお客様向けに調整します。その際、社内外のパートナーと連携して対応を進めます。

顧客からの問い合わせが社内外の適切な担当者に確実に伝達され、タイムリーに対応されるよう管理します。

EPCは、クロスファンクショナルなチームと定期的に協力し、顧客の課題を特定し、解決策を策定し、日々の運用へ実装していきます。

オンサイトでの役割

オンサイト Enterprise Program Coordinator は、お客様の現場のオペレーションに直接組み込まれ、現場チームの一員として業務に従事します。

また、お客様との合意内容に基づき、現場で付加価値を生むため、広範かつカスタマイズされた業務を遂行します。

Qualifications

応募要件(Minimum Requirements)

-学士号

-理系または技術系分野の学位が望ましいが、必須ではない

-類似の環境での実務経験が 1〜2 年以上(上位レベル職務の場合)

-GxP もしくはコンプライアンス環境 に関する基礎知識があれば尚可

-高い顧客対応スキル

-優れた計画力および組織力

-英語力(会話・文書)が堅牢であること

-必要に応じて、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力

望ましいスキル・知識(Desired Skills / Knowledge)

経験・資質

-技術サービスの 見積書、発注書、請求書 の内容理解および処理経験

-複雑な作業スケジュールの管理能力

(計画立案、実行、課題解決、クローズまでの一連の管理)

-大量の情報を 詳細レベルまで正確に処理 した経験

対人スキル(People Skills)

-高い対人能力を持ち、顧客やビジネスパートナーと良好な関係を構築できる

-優れたコミュニケーション能力(口頭・文書)

-技術サービスを扱うカスタマーサービス職の経験

-クロスファンクショナルな環境で業務を遂行できる

-高い適応力があり、状況を素早く判断して妥当な行動を選択できる

技術経験(Technical Experience)

-ラボ環境での業務経験 があれば大きな強み

-SAP または同等の ERP システム の使用経験

-Microsoft Office の基本ツールの操作に習熟している

Skills Required

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Degree in scientific or technical field
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of GxP/compliant environments
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong English (spoken and written) and business-level local language proficiency
  • Experience understanding and processing technical service quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Ability to manage complex activity schedules (planning, execution, issue resolution, closure)
  • Ability to manage large volumes of detailed information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service role managing technical services
  • Experience operating in laboratory settings
  • Experience working in SAP or equivalent systems
