岗位职责:

一、深入的分析产品优势,市场竞争环境及业务合作伙伴

• 持续的对产品,市场及商业合作伙伴进行深入的分析

• 与市场部深入合作,制定合适的产品战略,产品知识及基金项目

• 持续了解竞品的产品特点及市场活动策略,进行相关的销售管理工作

二、关键客户管理

• 管理辖区内的关键客户,完成客户维护及开发工作

• 根据所搜集及分析的市场信息,制定关键客户发展计划

• 保持与关键客户的高质量的沟通 • 保证销售计划的实施并达成目标

三、客户满意度

• 与客户服务团队的相关同事合作,向临床专家及用户提供服务和相关培训以满足客户需要

• 通过提供完善的客户服务来建立并保持良好的客户关系,保证高水平的客户满意度

四、沟通终端用户

• 拓展终端用户的潜在人群

• 为终端用户提供教育和服务

五、汇报及决定

• 搜集市场信息,开展相关市场活动并完成其他的工作职责

• 快速适应因公司政策或特殊项目带来的工作职责和工作范围的变化

• 完成上级主管安排的其他工作内容

任职要求:

• 5年以上医疗领域销售管理或业务拓展同等岗位的工作经验

• 商科或生物科学或医疗相关领域本科学历

• 良好的独立工作能力

• 具备独立分析活动的投入产出等数据的能力

• 具备良好的结果导向意识

• 良好的沟通技巧和能力

• 良好的团队管理和凝聚能力
