Job Description:
This is for 24x7 L1 IT Helpdesk Support, the resource is locating in Dalian Delivery Center (Tier2 city), China, as contract requirement.
DXC will provide 24x7 L1 IT Servicedesk service to Geely Global customer.
The Contact duration is 13 months and will be renew.
Local RB has been confirmed that there is no bench resource in DXC Dalian local market for this position, need to hire externally.
Qualifications of this job:
Over 1 year of experience in IT support..
Proficient in English and Mandarin languages
Accept 24x7 shift schedule.
It's important to note that there is a potential business risk associated with penalties (up to 8K USD per year) if DXC fails to meet any contractual SLAs .
