โจ1โ4 years of experience in recruitment operations, staffing, or HR support
โจStrong understanding of job portals and recruitment workflows
โจExcellent communication and coordination skills
โจProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
โจHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

๐Experience working in staffing or consulting companies
๐Familiarity with ATS tools and invoicing processes
๐Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
