生产操作工，支持生产工作。通过检查DCS上的工艺参数，运行工厂生产，确保该过程在安全条件下稳定运行。如果偏离正常操作状态，采取相应措施。

*当事故发生时，提供安全措施
*JHA/JSBO准备和执行
*工作许可证的准备和确认
*MOC验收测试及报告
*JHA回顾审核
2. 操作：
*提供解决方案并做出决定是否停止生产运行
*审核并提供更新工作指引的反馈
3. 质量：
*负责岗位产品质量
*根据历史数据，为SOC评审提供建议
*跟踪实验结果，检查并找出质量偏差的根本原因
*为团队成员提供指导
