- 制定、维护及优化渠道布局、商业政策、企业风控、业务合作、拓展合作等渠道策略的管理目标与运作机制，以及标准流程与实施细则，保障渠道策略落地敏捷、高效、顺畅。
- 制定、维护及优化渠道商业、渠道合规、渠道供应、新品上市、产品退市、GSP等渠道运营的管理目标与运作机制，以及标准流程与实施细则，确保渠道运营执行安全、规范、稳健。
- 制定、维护及优化主数据、数据直连、流向数据、库存数据、数据权限、折扣数据等渠道数据的管理目标与运作机制，以及标准流程与实施细则，确保渠道数据执行合规、及时、准确。
- 制定、维护及优化创模式项目、智能化项目、信息化项目等渠道项目的管理目标与运作机制，以及标准流程与实施细则，支持渠道项目开展集中、专业、突破。
- 制定、维护及优化区域渠道岗位的考核方案及执行标准，支持区域渠道专岗的绩效考核。 组织内外部合作伙伴，协同公司内外部资源，完成相关工作及项目交付。

教育程度和资质- 本科以上，管理、信息类专业优先
- 大学英语六级以上
