The PositionKey Responsibilities:主要职责
Medical & Brand Strategy Formulation:
Develop the integrated Medical and Brand Strategy, ensuring a seamless connection between scientific data and brand positioning.
Lead the situational analysis, identify key market opportunities, and define long-term strategic goals for the brand.
Scientific Content Leadership & Knowledge Synthesis:
Synthesize data from major congresses (e.g., ASCO, SABCS, ESMO), clinical publications, and competitive landscapes to maintain a leading-edge understanding of the therapeutic area.
Lead the development of all core scientific content and narratives, including publication plans, scientific communication platforms, and high-level educational materials for HCPs.
KOL Engagement & Insight Generation:
Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with national and regional KOLs in the breast cancer field.
Proactively gather critical medical insights through scientific exchange with KOLs to validate and refine brand strategy.
Lead the strategic planning and content development for Advisory Boards and other high-level scientific exchange forums.
Scientific Support for Brand Activities:
Provide deep scientific expertise and guidance for the development of promotional campaigns and materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and strategic alignment.
Act as the primary scientific resource for the cross-functional team (e.g., Sales, Market Access) and the execution-focused Marketing team, ensuring all activities are grounded in robust science.

Medical, pharmacy or biology background preferred
