1. 自动化仓储运营管理 / Automated Warehouse Operations Management
(1)负责自动化立体仓库的日常运营，包括堆垛机、AGV、输送线等设备的调度与维护，确保设备正常运行。
(1) Responsible for the daily operation of the automated storage, including the scheduling and maintenance of equipment such as stacker cranes, AGVs, and conveyor systems, to ensure normal equipment operation.
(2)监控WMS系统运行，优化库存布局与拣选路径，降低拣货错误率。
(2) Monitor the operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), optimize inventory layout and picking paths, and reduce picking error rates.
(3)制定并执行自动化仓储应急预案，处理设备故障、库存差异等突发问题。
(3) Develop and execute contingency plans for automated warehouses, addressing emergencies such as equipment failures and inventory discrepancies.

2. 团队管理与流程优化 / Team Management and Process Optimization
(1)管理20人以上第三方团队，实施绩效考核与技能培训，确保团队人员效率满足公司要求。
(1) Manage a third-party team of over 20 people, implement performance assessments and skills training to ensure team efficiency meets company requirements.
(2)主导仓储流程标准化，依据自动化仓储设施更新操作流程。
(2) Lead the standardization of warehouse processes and update operational procedures based on automated warehouse facilities.

3. 数据驱动决策 / Data-Driven Decision Making
(1)分析库容利用率、库存准确率、操作效率等关键指标，提出优化方案并推动实施。
(1) Analyze key metrics such as storage capacity utilization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency; propose and implement optimization solutions.
(2)定期生成运营报告，为供应链战略提供数据支持。
(2) Regularly generate operational reports to provide data support for supply chain strategies.

硬性条件 / Hard Skills Requirements
(1)学历：物流管理、机械工程、自动化相关专业本科及以上学历。
(1) Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
(2)经验：5年以上自动化仓储管理经验，主导或参与过至少1个自动化仓储项目上线。
(2) Experience: Over 5 years of experience in automated warehouse management, having led or participated in at least one automated warehouse project implementation.
(3)技能：精通WMS系统操作与调试，熟练数据分析软件。
(3) Skills: Proficient in WMS operation and debugging, and skilled in using data analysis software. 核心能力 / Core Competencies
(1)熟悉AGV仓运作模式，具备管理自动化设备与仓库手工操作协同的能力。
(1) Familiar with AGV warehouse operations and capable of managing the coordination between automated equipment and manual warehouse operations.
(2)掌握精益管理方法（如5S、TPM），能通过流程优化持续降低运营成本。
(2) Proficient in lean management methods (e.g., 5S, TPM) and able to continuously reduce operational costs through process optimization.
(3)持有CSCMP/CIPS等供应链认证者优先。
(3) Possession of supply chain certifications such as CSCMP or CIPS is preferred.

(1)具备跨部门协作能力，能高效对接外包商、加工生产、IT等部门。
(1) Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate with outsourcing partners, manufacturing, IT, and other departments.
