המנהל הטכני במחלקת פלסטיק אחראי על ניהול צוות טכנאים וסטאפיסטים, תוך שמירה על איכות הייצור, שיפור תהליכים טכנולוגיים והתייעלות
התפקיד כולל אחריות מקצועית על צוות העובדים, פתרון בעיות טכניות, הכשרה מקצועית ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכי העבודה במחלקה.
תחומי אחריות:
ניהול צוות עובדים:
- אחריות מקצועית על צוות טכנאים וסטאפיסטים.
- ביצוע תיאום והנחות עבודה בין הצוותים השונים במחלקה.
- פיתוח ושימור ידע טכנולוגי בצוות.
- מתן הכוונה מקצועית וטכנית לצוות העובדים.
ניהול מקצועי:
- אחריות לפיקוח על תהליכי הניפוח השונים.
- פתרון בעיות טכניות במהלך הייצור והתאמת פתרונות טכנולוגיים.
- ניהול וייעול תהליכי העבודה בתחום הניפוח והבטחת עמידה ביעדי ייצור ואיכות.
שיפור תהליכים והכשרה:
- זיהוי בעיות בתהליכי העבודה ופתרונן במהירות וביעילות.
- ייזום והטמעה של שיפורים טכנולוגיים להעלאת איכות ויעילות הייצור.
- הכשרת צוותי טכנאים וסטאפיסטים על טכנולוגיות חדשות ותהליכים משתנים.
דרישות התפקיד:
- ניסיון מקצועי: ניסיון מוכח בעבודה בתחום הניפוח ובתחום הפלסטיק.
- הכשרה: תואר טכנולוגי או הנדסי בתחום רלוונטי (כגון הנדסת מכונות, הנדסת פלסטיקה או תחום דומה).
- ניסיון ניהולי: לפחות 3-5 שנות ניסיון בניהול צוות עובדים.
- יכולות טכניות: ידע מעמיק במכונות ניפוח פלסטיק והטכנולוגיה הקשורה.
- כישורים אישיים: יכולת ניהול והדרכה, יכולת פתרון בעיות טכניות באופן עצמאי, גמישות מחשבתית ויכולת לעבוד תחת לחץ.
