【职责描述】
1. 信息收集与整理：
负责项目主列表、子任务、进度更新等信息的收集；
将零散的项目状态、问题、风险进行归纳汇总；
协助维护项目文档结构。
2. 需求沟通与文档管理：
会议预定，会议纪要整理，需求沟通，记录要点、决议、Action list 与 Owner；
协助项目全生命周期文档管理：版本号、归档、过期文件清理；
协助跟进 Action list 闭环。
3. 模板制作与报告编写：
制作周报、风险汇报、上线邮件、检查清单等模板；
根据 PM 提供的信息编写周报、月报、专题汇报；协助整理工作会议背景材料（项目分析图表、对比表）；
对现有文档进行版式、格式、命名规范化。
4. Leader交办的其他事务。
【职位要求 】
1、必须项：
本科及以上在校生（专业不限）；每周 ≥4 天，实习期 ≥3 个月；
熟练使用Microsoft Office（Word/Excel/PPT），尤其是 Exce基础公式；
中文写作扎实，能把口语化表达整理成规范书面语；做事细致有条理，能在 SOP / 模板下稳定输出。
2. 熟悉 Confluence / SharePoint / ServiceNow / 企业IM 等协作工具；
3. 有项目助理、PMO 实习或大型活动/项目组织管理经验；
4. 会使用 Python/ VBA 做 Excel 自动化优先；
5. 了解基础 IT 项目开发流程（敏捷、迭代、上线）；有基础 PPT 设计能力；会使用AI工具辅助工作提效。
6. 软实力：执行力强（任务交付及时，遇阻塞主动同步）；沟通清晰（IM/邮件/会议都能高效沟通）；学习力强（快速理解项目流程、术语、规则）；细致度高（命名、版本号、数字核对不出错）；主动性强（不等指挥也会主动想"还有什么需要做"）；抗压性稳（截止节点前能稳定输出）；
7、具备良好的英文读写能力；
8、计算机相关或管理、英语相关专业，硕士学历优先。

Skills Required
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or higher; major is generally unrestricted.
- Available at least four days per week for an internship lasting at least three months.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel basic formulas.
- Strong Chinese writing skills and ability to convert conversational language into formal written communication.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to consistently work within SOPs and templates.
- Clear communication, strong execution, learning ability, initiative, and stable performance under deadline pressure.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or enterprise instant messaging tools.
- Project assistant, PMO internship, or large-scale event and project organization experience.
- Ability to use Python or VBA for Excel automation.
- Basic understanding of IT project development processes, including Agile, iteration, and release activities.
- Basic PowerPoint design skills and experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
- Computer science, management, or English-related academic background.
- Master's degree.
