商务专员-合肥

主要职责：
一、商业渠道及供应链管理 
• 每月完成相关商业指标(commercial sales) 的分配，检查完成情况，确保CS&OP 100%完成。 
• 对于供应紧张产品按公司要求在保障患者需求的基础上协调供应。 
• 协调无锡工厂发货及经销商购进和及时付款确保当地DSO年底<35天。 
• 每月完成当地市场需求销售指标(demand sales) 
二、商业相关GDP管理 
• 对所负责的商业相关GDP问题及事宜的确认、沟通及跟踪，完成商业相关的GDP自我评估并及时提出补救及改善措施 
• 维护与GDP相关的商业持续计划 
• 确保合适的资源水平以适当的完成GDP相关工作 
• 能配合公司建立并改进优先事项的机制 
• 能及时识别相关政策走向，监控内部及外部规则的变更，并能及时上报潜在风险
三、基层医院覆盖项目 
• 与销售相关同事沟通协调所辖省份的商业资源，基层医院覆盖总体达成率〉100% 
四、进药指标完成 
• 通过协调区域资源，在经销商及销售同事的配合下100%完成非TOP1500医院的进院指标。 
• 在KA需要帮助时，协调经销商资源对TOP1500医院列名工作进行支持。 
五、招标省份中标评估，协助”二次议价” 
• 在总部策略指导下，赢得当地招标。通过协调经销商资源帮助以KA为主的公司“二次议价”团队，赢得相应地区或医院相关议价工作。 
Qualifications: 
• Strong analytical skills and Data processing ability 
• Well-organized, independent working under pressures 
• Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill to influence others 
• Good negotiation skill 
• Two years in pharmaceutical industry for commercial operation, have experience in hospital promotion 
• Proven ability to effectively communicate, network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Strategic planning experience 
• Sales management experience. 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English essential. 
• Strong communication skills. 
• Strong ability of Excel, preferable knowing Oracle sys.

• Analytical-minded, faster learner and able to work independently under pressure 
• 具备入职后能办理招商银行信用卡的资格（通过报销的业务消费必须使用公司商务信用卡）
