YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (주요 업무)
Apache Spark 및 Delta Lake와 같은 기술을 활용하여 데이터브릭스 레이크하우스 플랫폼(Databricks Lakehouse Platform) 기반의 확장 가능한 데이터 파이프라인 설계, 구현 및 유지보수
데이터 분석, 머신러닝 및 비즈니스 인텔리전스(BI) 애플리케이션을 지원하는 배치(Batch) 및 스트리밍 데이터 워크플로우 개발 및 최적화
유관 부서(Cross-functional teams)와 협력하여 비즈니스 및 데이터 요구사항을 안정적이고 프로덕션 환경에 적합한 데이터 솔루션으로 구현
데이터브릭스 환경 내 데이터 처리 워크로드의 성능 및 비용 효율성 개선
데이터 품질, 거버넌스 및 보안을 위한 모범 사례(Best Practices) 도입 지원
팀 내 지식 공유에 기여하고 주니어 엔지니어의 성장 및 역량 개발 지원
YOUR EXPERIENCE (자격 요건)

Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark, including PySpark, SQL, or Scala
- Experience building data platforms in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Strong understanding of distributed data processing, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow or Databricks Workflows
- Business-level English and Korean communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and passion for building reliable, scalable data systems
- Must reside in South Korea
