About the Role

主要职责：

• 在KPI及SLA要求内完成作业；

• 宣导、执行作业规则和流程；

• 指导下级作业审核员；

• SSO内外部沟通，包括BU、CHO运营管理部门、法务、精算、IT等；

• 提出系统优化建议、参与系统需求撰写及系统测试；

• 在SLA要求内保证SSO服务相应时效，负责SSO内部作业问题协调；

• 问题件、争议件、仲裁件的BU、CHO运营及IT沟通及跟进；

• 参与培训规则、计划制定，培训落地（classroom training + on-job training），确保培训目标达成；

• 日常案件质检，案件质量审计，向主管反馈质检问题，并根据质量问题制定、调整培训方案。

任职基本要求：

• 本科或以上学历，医学背景为佳；

• 中文书面表达流利；

• 良好的人际沟通技巧，团队合作能力；

• 良好的学习能力、适应能力、抗压能力；

• 良好的业务分析能力，高效的问题解决能力；

• 具备中级以上行业资格。
