About the Role

主要职责：

• 保险营销员面试；

• 组织实施增员推广活动；

  • 协助业务团队开展寿险事业创业说明会

  •  增员沙龙专项活动等

  •  区部或SSC的增员活动支持

• 激励及竞赛推动，专项活动；

  • 增员激励活动的设计,实施及推动,绩效评估

  • 增员推动会等

  • 专项活动

• 绩效分析；

  • 每周COP活动报告,报名,签约,人力成长,主管目标达成等情况分析

  • 部门月度报告

• 增员工具的制作,使用管理；

  • 设计制作增员工具,报名工具等.

  • 库存管理.

• 清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求；

• 及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险；

• 按要求完成其他部门主管分配的工作。

任职基本要求：

1、教育程度：大学本科毕业，有业务推广经验；

2、最低工作经验要求：专员级别要求至少三年寿险工作经验，高级专员级别要求至少五年寿险工作经验；

3、熟练使用MS-Office软件，大学英语四级；

4、具有较强的组织能力，沟通技巧，客户意识，责任心和工作主动性 。
