Job Responsibilities
- T&E risk report
Timely delivery T&E field audit risk report and monitoring feedback quality. Ensure the risk report is fully understood and used by the approval managers. Review feedback from approval managers and follow up with invalid/unqualified comments. Report any bad documentation/potential risks. Timely provide field audit KPI and deliver quarterly review report. Support topic leads to improve risk indicators and overall process. Support T&E Field audit risk report systemization. Timely feedback on the pending issues and accomplish the tasks assigned with quality. Support system test and polit. Monitor the system operation to ensure the quality of regional report. E.g. timely uploading/updating database, check system readout quality, feedback issues, customize report base on regional behavior if necessary. Other ad hoc tasks assigned.
- Merchant visit
Support RMT/PMT to identify the risk merchants from different dimensions, arrange field visit, trace the visiting progress to ensure all the visit finish on time. Monitor the visit result, timely report on falsified supporting or any misconducts. Deliver blocked vendor list on time.
- Communication
Regular communication with RGM/POL. Engaged in RMT/PMT/RGC to review expense risks/suspicious merchants and support RGM/POL to implement remediation plans for preventing group cases. Support CGT(Central Guidance Team) if any requirement.
Job Requirements
- 1~2 years or more years’ experience of compliance, audit or finance within a business.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or above is preferred.
- Good data analytic skills and able to process data with speed, quality and value.
- Good communication and presentation skill with speak-up spirit.
- Capable user of Microsoft office and other business related techniques/software (excel, ppt).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English both verbally and in writing.
- Big 4 experience or pharmaceutical industry background is a plus
