主要工作内容：

1. 负责直播全流程策划与执行，制定直播流程、互动环节、节奏节点、转化话术。

2. 直播现场实时控场，管理公屏氛围、引导互动、回复评论、处理突发情况。

3. 负责商品上下架、优惠券发放、弹窗推送、活动节奏把控，配合主播提升转化。

4. 实时监控在线人数、停留、互动、点击、成交等数据，及时调整策略。

5. 配合团队完成直播排期、素材准备、流程彩排，确保直播稳定顺畅。

任职资格

1. 大专及以上，1年以上抖音直播场控/助播经验，有电商直播经验优先。

2. 熟悉抖音直播后台操作、商品上架、弹窗、福袋、互动工具使用。

3. 反应敏捷、临场应变强，能快速处理卡顿、违规、舆情等突发状况。

4. 具备良好沟通能力与抗压能力，可适应晚班、高强度直播节奏。

5. 工作细致认真、执行力强、有团队协作精神，服从项目安排。
