工作條件：
保險業新契約作業經驗7年以上，或新契約規劃相關經驗5年以上。
具獨立專案執行及專案管理經驗，熟悉法規檢視、需求分析及效益評估流程。
熟練數據分析工具(例如：Excel、SQL、Power BI等)，能快速處理複雜及臨時性資料需求。
具流程優化、系統規劃及跨系統整合能力，能主動推動數位化改善方案。
具良好溝通協調能力及跨部門合作經驗，能整合不同單位意見並推動執行。
個性穩定成熟，能適應不同工作環境及業務變動，面對不確定性及臨時專案仍能保持彈性與執行力。
開放心態，勇於接受挑戰，樂於學習新事物，重視團隊合作與共同成長。
熱愛探索新科技、新工具或創新思維，對AI應用及數位轉型具高度興趣。
具人員管理或團隊帶領經驗者尤佳。

Skills Required
- 7+ years new business underwriting operations experience or 5+ years new business planning experience
- Independent project execution and project management experience
- Familiarity with regulatory review, requirements analysis, and benefits/effectiveness evaluation
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Process optimization, system planning, and cross-system integration capability
- Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to change, handle uncertainty, and maintain execution under ad-hoc projects
- Interest in AI applications and digital transformation
- People management or team leadership experience
