1、协助人才及企业文化副总监领导并执行酒店人才招募战略与运营；
2、负责人才招募领域的市场分析，有效管理及优化招聘渠道；
3、负责管理招聘流程、拓展人才渠道，并践行“引领朗廷之道”，提供卓越候选人体验；
4、支持人才及企业文化战略目标，包括人才梯队建设、劳动效能优化与雇主品牌提升
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，至少3-5年人才招聘经验，其中2年以上在酒店或服务业担任人才招募职务。
2、具备端到端招聘管理、雇主品牌建设及校园招聘项目的成功经验；
3、需具备人力资源信息系统/招聘系统使用及招聘数据分析经验；
4、思维敏捷，富有工作激情，具较强的沟通能力与抗压能力。
5、熟练使用MS Office、人力资源信息系统/招聘系统及招聘类社交媒体平台。
6、英语与普通话流利,粤语流利者优先（书面与口语）。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 3-5 years recruitment experience, including 2+ years in hotel or service industry
- End-to-end recruitment management, employer branding, and campus recruitment experience
- Experience using HRIS/recruitment systems and recruitment data analysis
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, agile thinker, passionate
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/recruitment systems, and recruitment social media platforms
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Cantonese fluency
