Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- 负责公共事务部部门日常管理；
- 审核项目报批资料；制定合理的报批进度计划
- 负责公司注册，项目立项，稳评，安评，环评，能评，施工许可，消防验收，试生产等项目报批流程
- 与第三方服务单位对接资料，有效推动政府部门加快项目审批进度；
- 协助领导建立与各级政府、园区内企业、协会等关系。
- 对于突发事件的控制和处理机制
- 及时完成领导交办的其它临时工作。
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 大专以上学历，5年以上公共事务、政府关系、政策研究
- 有大中型石油化工项目的报批经验
- 在广东地区有在政府部门、事业单位、行业协会、大型企业公共事务部门或相关咨询机构工作经验者优先。
- 具备与各级别政府官员、媒体沟通的经验与技巧。对所在行业的监管框架有基本了解。
- 对于公司注册，项目立项，稳评，安评，环评，能评，施工许可，消防验收，试生产等主要的丰富的项目报批报建经验，工厂资质的申报经验和资源网络；
- 能妥善处理突发的特殊事件

Skills Required
- Associate degree or above and 5+ years in public affairs, government relations, or policy research
- Experience with approval processes for medium-to-large petrochemical projects
- Work experience in Guangdong government departments, public institutions, industry associations, large enterprise public affairs, or related consulting (preferred)
- Experience communicating with government officials and media; basic understanding of industry regulatory framework
- Extensive experience in company registration, project establishment, stability/safety/environment/energy assessments, construction permits, fire acceptance, trial production, and factory qualification applications and networks
- Ability to properly handle and control emergency or unexpected incidents
