EF Tokyoでは、学生寮にて海外からの留学生をサポートしていただけるレジデンス・アドバイザーを募集しています。
留学生との交流を通じて、語学や異文化に触れられる魅力的なポジションです。日本人・外国籍の方ともにご応募いただけます。
■ 主な業務内容
- 新規入居学生の受け入れ準備(部屋・ベッドの確認、清掃状況チェック)
- 週末のチェックイン対応(全員の到着完了までのサポート)
- 入退去手続きのサポート
- 新規入居者向けオリエンテーションおよび施設案内の実施
- 週1回のアクティビティの企画・運営
- 寮内備品の管理・補充
- 週次での各部屋の巡回・点検(ルール遵守・施設状態の確認)
- 問題があった場合のレジデンスコーディネーターへの報告
- 未成年学生の門限確認
- その他、レジデンスコーディネーターおよびアコモデーションマネージャーから指示された業務

- 日本語/英語での日常会話が可能な方
- 日本在住の方、またはすでに生活基盤がある方

EF Tokyo is looking for friendly and dynamic Residence Advisor to welcome and assist international students at our residence.

The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Check that beds/rooms are clean and available for arriving students.
- Stay on duty during the weekend to meet and greet new students until everyone has arrived.
- Assist with checking in and checking out.
- Hold an orientation and walk-through for new students
- Organize one weekly activity
- Maintain supplies for the residence
- Check every room on a weekly basis to ensure students are abiding by the rules and that the facilities are in good condition
- Weekly room checks to ensure that residence rules are being adhered by students and report all issues to residence coordinator
- Carry out curfew checks for students who are minors
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Residence Coordinator and the Accommodation Manager.
Conversational level of Japanese and English required.
This role may involve a live-in arrangement, where accommodation can be provided in exchange for specified duties.
The position does not offer visa sponsorships or relocation support.
